I can spend hours buried in data one day, and brainstorming or presenting to people the next. I love collaboration, asking ALL the questions, and finding new ways to get to the solution.

I have led strategic calendar planning for triggered and journey-based communications and A/B testing lifecycle marketing strategies utilizing Braze at Chief, Iterable at Firstleaf, and Braze at Sittercity. I created exciting paid social campaigns and developed email marketing with Bluecore at Hammacher Schlemmer (the oldest catalog company in the United States) focusing on prospecting, lead generation, and re-engagement. I was an assistant buyer at a small e-Commerce baby product start-up, I was a merchandiser with Blick Art Materials, where I focused on growth margin analysis, merchandising guidelines for retail stores, and aligning with marketing for retail flier development. I started my e-commerce career as part of the merchandising department at Crate & Barrel.

 

The INFP introvert in me (which is part of my superpower skill set) allows me to be open-minded and want to learn more about people around me. Although I'll never be the loudest in the room, my thoughtful observations and sense of creating harmony can be the glue that holds groups together. My insights gathered through observation combined with my creative approach allow me to shake up old, ineffective ways of doing things.

I am also Usui Level 2 / Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, which helps allow me to bring my healing energy to my work.
